Radishes are not only cute, they also taste so deliciously crunchy and spicy. Paired with quark and herbs, this is a very tasty dip or spread and very healthy too! Radishes and herbs are full of vibrant vitamins and minerals and quark contains over 14% of protein! Of course instead of quark, one can use greek yoghurt, sour cream or similar substitutes.
Ingredients:
½ cup quark
1 bunch herbs
1 bunch radishes
1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Wash the radishes, jalapeno and herbs. Shred the radishes with a food processor or hand grater, or finely chop them with a knife. Cut the jalapeno and herbs into small pieces. Combine the shredded radishes, herbs, jalapeno, ½ cup of quark, juice of 1 lemon, and salt and pepper and stir well until all is mixed nicely.
Spread on your favorite bread.
